Despite an extremely skeptical response from my urologist this stuff actually works. And if it works for me it more than likely also works for a large proportion of the population which is prone to e. coli based UTIs. With the growing evidence and positive feedback from users it is difficult to understand why there hasn't been more research done on d-mannose but that may well have something to do with the reality that Big Pharma does not see a way to profiteer on it.
