    I started this program 12 days ago. It has a strict schedule but is easy to follow. The products tastes great so that helps. I did eat some flex foods sometimes, they give you a list of food you can eat with the kit. Here is the part you were waiting for: I lost 11Lbs!!! Some of the products have extra so I will continue to use those and start using the LOVE meal for continued weight loss and health.

    I love Purium products and have done the10 day cleanse 4 times thus far. The first cleanse I lost 22lbs. Between the 2nd, 3rd and 4th I lost a further 58lbs. Most important, I maintained that weight loss and continued to loose a further 30lbs. I have done fresh vegetable juice cleanse from 3 to 30 days at a time, and have found the amino acids in the Purium cleanse to make an incredible difference to keeping the weight off while not loosing muscle.
